About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RunFruit mobile application (“App”),
operated by SNSD Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account or using RunFruit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes
through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

RunFruit is a social fitness application that allows users to:

  • Create and join group activities (running, cycling, walking, hiking, and more)
  • Connect with friends and other fitness enthusiasts in your area
  • Share activity plans and coordinate meetups
  • Receive notifications about activities and social interactions

The App is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use RunFruit, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use only one account per person
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian’s permission
to use the App.

User Conduct

When using RunFruit, you agree to:

  • Treat other users with respect and courtesy
  • Communicate in a civil and appropriate manner
  • Not post offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content
  • Not use profane, vulgar, or obscene language
  • Not harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Not spam or send unsolicited promotional content
  • Not impersonate other users or create fake profiles
  • Not use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Not interfere with the App’s functionality or security
  • Not collect or harvest other users’ personal information

We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, or abuse of any kind.

User Content and Ownership

You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or share through RunFruit,
including photos, text, and activity information (“User Content”).

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions
  • Your content does not infringe third-party rights
  • You have obtained consent from identifiable individuals in photos
  • Your content is not unlawful, defamatory, or harmful

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting content, you grant SNSD Limited
a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce,
and distribute your content within the App and for RunFruit-related promotion.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

Photo and Image Guidelines

  • Only upload photos you took or have permission to use
  • Do not upload copyrighted or unauthorised images
  • No nudity, violence, or graphic content
  • No identifying private locations without consent
  • Ensure consent from people shown in photos

Violations may result in content removal and account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing content
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Bullying or intimidation
  • Fake or misleading profiles
  • Spam or unsolicited messages
  • Scams or fraud
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Promotion of illegal activities
  • Sharing private information without consent
  • Use of bots or automated systems
  • Circumventing security measures

We actively monitor for violations and take reports seriously.

Safety and Physical Activities – YOUR OWN RISK

IMPORTANT: Any activity you attend or organise through RunFruit is entirely at your own risk.

RunFruit is a platform only. We do not organise, supervise, or control activities.

  • ALL ACTIVITIES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK
  • You are responsible for your own safety and fitness
  • We do not verify users or qualifications
  • We do not supervise or guarantee safety
  • We have no control over user behaviour or conditions

Safety recommendations:

  • Tell someone your plans
  • Meet in public places
  • Assess your fitness level
  • Follow local laws and safety guidance
  • Carry ID and emergency contact details
  • Check weather and conditions

SNSD Limited accepts no liability for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage
related to activities coordinated through the App.

Account Suspension and Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You breach Community or Photo Guidelines
  • You engage in abusive behaviour
  • You infringe intellectual property
  • Your account is repeatedly reported
  • You create multiple accounts
  • We are legally required to do so

Reporting Violations

Intellectual Property

  • No unauthorised use of trademarks
  • No copying or modifying the App
  • No reverse engineering
  • No implied endorsement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNSD Limited shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months
preceding the claim.

Indemnification

  • Your use of the App
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights

Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first at admin@runfruit.com.
Any unresolved disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
